Ken Thai is a healthcare executive with over two decades of leadership in pharmacy ownership, management, and franchise development. As CEO of 986 Degrees Corporation and K&B Pharmacy Associates, he oversees a network of independent pharmacies across California and Nevada. Ken is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at USC and Western University, mentoring students in pharmacy entrepreneurship. He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from USC and completed a residency in Community Pharmacy Practice. He has served in national and state leadership roles, including President of the California Pharmacists Association and National Vice President of NCPA.

Brian Garner is a pharmacy owner and operator with over 20 years of experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy. A graduate of the USC School of Pharmacy, he serves as the managing pharmacist of his flagship location in Claremont, California, and owns multiple independent pharmacies across Southern California. Dr. Garner brings deep expertise in pharmacy operations, patient care, and community-based healthcare delivery.

Robert Ojeda is a pharmacy executive with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, wholesaling, operations, and business development. He is President of K&B Pharmacy Associates and a multi-store owner within the 986 Pharmacy group, where he drives operational strategy and growth. Robert holds a BS in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton, and is known for his expertise in scaling pharmacy models and optimizing efficiency. He is active in community leadership, serving on the board of CARE Chest of Reno, Nevada.

Charlie LeBon is a seasoned healthcare executive with over two decades of experience in pharmacy business development, acquisition strategy, and operational leadership. Charlie is an expert in pharmacy valuations, M&A, and strategic innovation, with a strong record of developing high-performing teams and securing multimillion-dollar investments. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and completed executive leadership training at Duke University.
